Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, since last couple of days i am having a light pain in my back. And looks more of a bone pain than a muscle pain. It feels like to be on the spinal cord just above the lower back side. The Pain is bearable but i am worried why a sudden pain. I have a sitting job but i try to take frequent breaks and do a walking. I ride a bike 25 mins up and 25 min down, to n fro from office. Can this pain be related to slip disc or something like that? Can any one please help.

Ill defined lytic -sclerotic lesion noted in left petrous temporal bone(predominately in its posterior aspect) with mildly enhancing soft tissue within. The lesion is extending to adjacent posterior fossa and jugualr forment. Inferiorly it is involving left hypoglossal canal. Left endolymphatic sac is not visualized.left internal auditory canal,cochlea and semicircular canal appear normal. right temporal bone appears normal.

I had an epidural in December, they said they had a problem locating the area but never told me why. After an hour and a half of them trying 25 attempts to get it, it was placed. Now I have numbness in the middle of my spine just below my shoulder blades, along with a sharp pain in my lower back that radiates into my thigh and lingers for like 30 minutes. My back hurts to bend over at work, to pick up my son, and to sit it just aches and burns.

There is a pain in the head at some particula area. It is panning form last 6-7month when scissor drop on the head from the top accidentally.

Im having vertigo attack but i took medication 25mg cinnarizine. not as spinning now, is it okay to be in a car and elevator?

For the past 3 days I've been smelling things that are not there headaches on all sides scruciating pains I've never had headaches

I am constantly getting pain towards back area of my head. As per doctor it is due to heat stroke. It has been 6 days and still I get this pain.

I have been having severe pain at the back of my head on right side for last 1 week. It is sporadic and sometimes becomes very extreme and sometimes it's mild. Pulsating pain sometimes. If I move my head right to left or otherwise, it pains and head gets heavy. Sometimes pain extends to area above right eyebrows or top of head. General physician diagnosed it as sinus pain and gave an anti allergic, nasal drops and suggest steam twice a day but it's not helping.

I have pain in my back,arm,legs and it feels like radiating and I can't sleep because of pain...It increases while lying down.i feel weakness in arms and in legs.after walking short distance I feel very tired n my back hurts badly.

Few past days i have headache, neckache and also having mild fever. Due to this i am unable to rest properly. i have taken disprin and paracetamol but not getting enough result. if i have to see a doctor, then please let me know which specialized doctor it should be.
