Brain and Spine Problems

I hv been suffering from the low back pain since 4 years nd severe burning sensation in legs.Dr suggested me to take MRI and in that it was diagnosed that there is a risk bulg in L4 L5. And suggested to undergo surgery. It lasted for 8 months and the pain subsided and back to normal. Now since a month again it started. The drs suggested me to take an other MRI and have confirmed that I must undergo a surgery. I'm looking for 2nd opinion.

I have been suffering from severe headache since a long time.. I cant sleep.. Eyes also pains, waters n burns.. I feel as though brain is rotating.. Even if i bend my head, it pains..

I have some tender spots in my skull. I am getting a very different type of a light headache at the back of my head from last 2 months. After a little massage, it goes off. There is no specific reason for this headache. Most of the time I get only upper back muscle pain. There is one one small spot in my left leg which is numb since my childhood and it's not increasing. It can't sense the temp at skin level

I have been having severe headache problem from a long time.. I smetimes feel that my brain is rotating inside.. eyes will water.. eyes will also pain n burn.. whole head pains..

I have been suffering with headache frequently only in half side and when it occurs it is unbearable. From last 4 months it occur during my period days and then i have to take medicine n that medicine is HEADSET.

I'm suffering from last 10 years pain in lower portion of back. As per MRI report L1 to L-5 is badly affected. Although I'm doing sweeming, morning and evening walk. I have consulted more than 5-6 Drs but it's not subsiding, some Drs suggesting to operate, which, I'm not agreeing

Hlw sir...I am from Nepal. I am suffering from dizziness and back brain pain not pain but some like that. I consulted many doctor and speclist doctor but same problem happen. I am afraid what happens to me.so please advice me what to do and where to go. Problem is that I am suffering from 2 year and sometimes I feeling dizziness and feel unconscious be mad . Once or twice a day it's happen.plz help you
