My father is suffering from major pain at the back bone below the waist the centre down just above the buttocks he is having problem doing almost anything please give me a suggestion a useful remedy

Hello.... Disc prolapse   cannot  be relocated by any means.... If you rest for some days you can avoid bulged disc pressing  nerve root there by reduce symptoms....  If the prolapse is mild doctor  will advice you physiotherapy, if it doesn't  work and pain in severe surgery  is the final option... Get an MRI  scan and consult  neurosurgeon......
