Brain and Spine Problems

I'm a 19 yo girl. I have headache since a long time. Visited many doctors nothing helped. I feel very giddy and nauseous all the time. Head hurts like crazy even by slightest of noise. Have become light sensitive also. Im confused a lot and fumble while talking. I wasn't like this before. The pain is usually throbbing whole head hurts but mostly the left side and forehead. Headache usually starts after sunset. Or early morning. I feel giddy and sick even if I lie down. Very restless. Recently a doctor told me that i have vascular headache maybe and he suggested i go see a neurologist. I looked up the term on the net. Looks serious. Do i have to worry? Should i go see a neurologist? I'm tensed. We had gotten some tests done and also an MRI of nose which showed nasal septum deviation. Didn't get the surgery done but it's completely gone now. No sinus. No sneezing. Nothing. But headache has worsened. I cry out of pain many times. It has disrupted my life totally donno what to do. pls help

I am having headache from last few weeks... Its is continuous but in day time when I start for office & work in my office (laptop/mobile) it increases, even painkillers does not work. On weekend its minimum.. I feel it in above forehead & back side of head. I feel like heaviness in head when its there..

Since January, i have been facing sudden dizziness while riding bike also while working. No history of accidents. Worst case happened twice where i was not able to breathe and went for ecg and other blood tests, resulted normal. What can be done to come out of it?

From last 3 days I am having vertigo prob. I cannot walk properly, loosing my balance. Feeling heavy in neck portion. Vomited twice in the first day... eyes are feeling heavy. Left ear seems a bit blocked. I still have the same vertigo issue while looking straight or upside.

Sir, my sister has been suffering from severe headache from past 3-4years, and she has been diagnosed for eye problems, migraine but nothing specific has been known till now and the pain is very severe and generally continues for 2-3days in one go. Also she gets irritated with loud noise and generally the pain is continuous with severe pain for Atleast once a week.

I went to the doctor due to headaches. They gave me a CT Scan everything came back normal but they say they found a small hypodensity adjacent to the right temporal horn. The doctors say it's probably a small cyst. 8mm. But it's non emergent. Should I be concerned?

Its been 10 years or plus since I am suffering from terminal neuralgia. I am taking 200 to 300 power of Medicine 5-6 a day as regular dosage and sometimes if the pain gets intolerable I take 8 medicines a day! My doctor told me that the only way to get rid of ths problem is brain surgery but that is way too risky.. Can you  suggest any of ayurvedic or homeopathic treatment for it,please help me with my problem. Thank you!

Daily when I go to my college I travel for 2 hours I attend the lectures for 5 hours during that period my headache starts with eyes getting strained and it continues for 6-7 hours and I fell very sleepy and tired I feel I have no energy in my body I applied balms but nothing worked .. finally I showed my eye doctor he recommend me flunarizine tablets BP after consuming daily one at night my headache has vanish bt I feel more sleepy nd tired cant concentrate on anything keep on yawning all the time and once I sleep at night I can't get up easily in the morning.. can't understand what is the problem and my body aches too
