Brain and Spine Problems

I have crackling sound in my brain. I hear multiple crackling sound when I moved my head. It's very worrysome and disturbing sensation with bad headache. Currently I am also facing some problems with eyesight. I don't know which doctor to go ???

From Last 1 week I am feeling dizziness and light headache all time becouse of which I am not able to concentrate on anything properly. I have done check up for vitamin b 12 in which deficiency came my count was 63 which is less than 70 ( for normal person ). Please suggest me what should I do Thanks in advance

She was pretty good on Monday morning and noon.. She even slept in the afternoon and in the evening did her exercise routine as prescribed to her. Then she sat on the couch and was sleepy suddenly. Next morning she lost all her balance and couldn't even stand or get up from bed. She also now isn't able to understand anything when someone talks to her. We have taken her to a local physician and he like last time she was prescribed Stededom tablets... We still don't know what is causing the problem again and again and make her lose her balance and not being able to understand other persons talk... Please help ASAP...

I drink moderately and have astham . I am 29 year old and workout on a regular basis . Whenever I try to hold small things with my hand my hand shake a lot. I feel unable to control them. I do not have schizophrenia symptoms neither do I think this is tremors. I am looking for a basic OTC medication that can help address the situation .

Size disorder from last one year...MRI & EEG done but all is ok...some doctor said elipsy...but some said nothing...from last one year using tablet lypril 500 mg..total disorder 7 time from last 1 and half year.
