Lower and upper back pain
I have this condition for past 6-7 years now. Sometimes (once in 2 months) I feel extreme pain in my lower back. I am usually unable to move for a minute or so. Sitting straight or lying down for sometime usually helps. But once this happens its chances of happening again in coming days remain high. I have ignored it for years as when i consulted doctors they gave me some muscle relaxants and i was fine as frequency of pain was low. Nowadays the pain has also started happening in upper back portion of my spine and the frequency has increased too.
