Brain and Spine Problems

8year child is heavy body weight. And don't move his both legs. Both legs is paralysed from two years. He get MRI spine and brain. But didn't treat satisfactory. Please give the right solution.

I have been having severe headache, blurred vision sometimes, nausea, breathlessness, weakness in my limbs and hands, loss of balance sometimes....

I have got a very hard spot over my scalpe. Its small in size now. I din't got any pain from it. But after pressing it hard, i feel some current in my head. Not sure exactly what it is related to, either physical or related to brain.

CT brains scan result. What does this mean ? Do I have sinus ? I have continuous headache for 7 days. Observation : Serial axial sections of the brain are studied without contrast. Mildly dilated ventricular system. Dense right sigmoid and transverse sinuses. Cerebral sulci, thalami, basal ganglia, cerebellum and brainstem are normal. No midline shift. Impression : 1. Mildly dilated ventricular system. 2. Dense right sigmoid and transverse sinuses. Suggested MRI with MRV.

My father swallowed poison 3 months back. He was in hospital for 28 days. During the recovery we observed that he don't remember anything which happened from past 4-5years. He is recognizing us . He is not remember what happend during the day. Please suggest us treatment to follow. Is this curable? Please suggest us specialist to consult.

Continuous Neural Pain in left side of forehead. I regularly takes BP medicine but still the neural pain is not going off.

I have been having constant off balance for last five months now, most days this is severe in mornings​ upto 10am. And sometimes having in night also that time i feeling dry mouth , heaviness in head and tired face , fatigue, increased heart beat, and two times i felt i was faint in sleep but not sure. i visited ENT and Neurologist they prescribed medicines for vertigo, minere disease, nerve damage, but there's​ no improvement in my case. I did master health check up with ECG and MRI of head and came out everything normal , my blood sugar and Bp is normal and now last one month often feeling hotness in air when i exhale and i loss weight of 3kg in last one month. Finally i checked my Hemoglobin is 15, my b12 is 220 pg/mL so am confused is it possible to have normal normal hb and low b12 ? And am not strict vegan too ; please give your suggestions in my condition am fully nervous am going to die without diagnosed :(
