Brain and Spine Problems

My spouse slipped and fell on the stairs a few days ago. She was unconscious for 4 hours before we found her and made her lie down. She does  not recollect having fallen. On closer examination she has a bruise and the back left side of her head. She also had a sharp pain on her back and bruising on her shoulders  to the fall. She likely hit herself there when she fell. Due to unconsciousness I'm worried so wondering if we have to get some scans [CT or MRI] done? Thanks
