Brain and Spine Problems

I'm having att medicines and bedrest from 1 month. I have spinal tuberculosis in L5-S1 vertebra. From several days there is weakness in my right leg which I feel increasing day by day. Pls suggest whether it happens or something is wrong with me? How to check whether my condition is improving or not? How long I have to be on bedrest?

I am 26 male suffering from migrane from last 6 years and it is happening very frequently nowadays. I am taking naxdom 500mg and cipla -r 5mg. But now I get brain pain don't know exactly what is this. I get disconnected from my surroundings for a while ..my mind gets blank. I am worried now.

My father suffering both hand pain at night middle of sleep.this problem occure mid night when he sleep. Suddenly wake up for those pain around both hand.when he try to sleep again he cant.because when he close his eyes this pain happen and he wake up.we consult cardiologist and neaurologist but no one cant treat this what is that problem?this problem is increasing now a day.it it almost 1 year till continue.what is the actual problem?
