Brain and Spine Problems

Hi I have always a headache some time it's high and sometimes it's low. Generally in morning it's is not happening but after 3-4 hours it's start appear.

My mother get Back MRI done .she diagnosis with diffuse disk bulge in L4 L5 and L5 S1 and ligamentum flavuum hypertrophy at left side of L4 L5. Minimal to mild scoliosis of lumar spine with reduced heights are seen in MRI

I am feel most of the time my concentration & memory is less (observed many times in work)...Kindly suggest, how to overcome this issue.

I was sitting in the floor, watching tv. Our pet puppy went to my back and bite me with my shirt on. I took off my shirt and ask my sister to look at my back. She noticed two red marks. One like a period and one like an underscore. I had my post vaccination for rabies last October. I had three shots. Am I still safe? Please help me. Please reply as soon as possible.
