Epilepsy history and a seizure
I previously suffered from epilepsy and full seizures on a regular basis as a teenager and they started to become controlled under medication by adulthood. Since the age between 20/21 I had Ben seizure freewithout medication. Over the weekend I suffered a seizure, I'm available 26 next week. I don't know what to think about or do about this, I felt as though I was free of seizures and then this happened. I'm always on the go and extremely busy however this weekend I had been camping again with my guides and I am also sensitive to cold, I'm just unsure what could have caused it. Thanking you

Some times seizures recur after a long gap also. Black if sleep and late nights are common precipitating factors which you should avoid
