Lower back pain
Severe lower back pain for last few days. Pain shifting from lower back to left thighs. Not being able to walk more than few meters.

Hello..... Lower back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , intervertibral disc bulge or herniation,damaged bone or ligament,radiculopathy ( small nerve root irrigation) ..it s  not possible to comment without x ray ,MRI, ... Improper posture while working or sleeping can also aggravate back pain consult orthopedic surgeon Ceasing activity for a few days allows injured tissue and even nerve roots to begin to heal, Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. use pain killer when required. In your case it could be IVDP.
