  4. Pain in lower back. Do, please suggest.

Pain in lower back
Hi, I am racing problem of pain in my lower back since last few years, the problem goes if regular exercise is done and BonDK capsule are taken continiously but if this is stop ped then pain comes back. Not sure what to do, please suggest.

Pl get a blood test done for Vit D3 level.
