Lumbar spondolysis
1.Grade I spondylolithesis of L5 over S1 with spondylolysis of L5.
2.Disc dessication at L2/3,L3/4,L4/5 and L5/S Levels.
3.L2/3 dic shows mild diffuse disc bulge indenting thecal sac without obvious neual foraminal stenosis.
4.L3/4 and L4/5 discs shows diffuse disc bulge indenting thecal sac and causing mild neural foraminal stenosis. It is further compounded by ligamentum flavum hypertrophy
5.L5/S1 disc shows diffuse disc bulge posterior protusionwith retropulsed disc vertebral complex indenting thecal sac causing bilateral neural foraminal stenosis.It is further compounded by ligamentum flavum hypertrophy
Please tell the best doctor to consult in hyderabad for the above problem. Will surgery be needed?
