Yesterday At around 9:45 pm he got right side paralysed and doctor said he got bleed In his brain.. Currently He is in ICU in sehgal nursing home ,paschim Vihar. His age is around 47 and weight Around 50.sometimes his no goes high..Please check the attached MRI and guide What to do further. Please very needful. He is my father

Dear doc,          I am aged 30yrs male is suffering from arm n shoulder pain since 4 weeks. Some times there is a slight pulling pain near side of the neck. I have visited orthopaedic and as advised tablets n hot compression with some physiotherapy. It has reduced now almost 60% as i was in rest for a week. Still have slight pain and discomfort. Doc has told there is a muscle compression near neck.. trapezious muscle. Please advise its been 4 weeks.. i am not feeling  comfortable still. I am a software professional.

My l4-l5-s1 slipped and degenerated,i can do daily activities but i cannot seat comfortable,and also i cannot do exercise,icant lift a weight,when i lift weight my right leg is getting pain

My mother who had history of liver cirrhosis and 2episodes of hepatic encephalopathy was diagnosed to have sdh(left frontal) following a fall from cot..burrhole craniectomy (stp)was done as per advice..2 days prior to surgery her pt- 17 s..inr 1.32 ....bt-2mts..ct-4mts....she was given vit.k for two days and was taken for surgery...in the immediate post op she had intracerbral(left parie )hemorrhage for which they did open craniotomy.. after this we were informed that her coagulation is not normal...and altigether she was given 13 units of ffp and 4 pints of prbc in the next five days..isnt it mandatory to check pt inr immediately before surgery?was it possible to give ffp prior to surgery to correct abnormal values..and she was given normal saline as iv fluid..is this contraindicated in cirrhosis.her blood ammonia kevel was first checked on fifth day aftr surgery and it was 264.. is 5 days continous midazolam atracurium infusion necessary after open craniotomy in a cirrhotic patient?

Dear Doctor, please help I'm really in need of some help. My father aged 52 is admit in hospital for 5 months now,doctors suspect he's suffering from tbm. At the time of admitting he used to walk and talk clearly. Now he is unconscious and in coma and has not spoken a word from 2 months. He is having multiple clots and blockages in his brain and doctors have lost all hope in him but I haven't. Please help me I'm very upset and I'm just 22 years old with nobody to help me.

Kindly see the MRI report and suggest me treatment for my cousin, he is just wasting money on painkillers and it getting it cured. I want that it goes away completely and he lives a happy life.

I was upside down and fell on my head at an angle, possibly on my neck as well. In the moment I thought I was going to vomit. I laid on the floor for several minutes, breathing shallowly. I felt pain in my head and a sort of triangle down my back. Now I've walked around a bit, I still feel funny in the head but I'm having bad chest pain. It was so bad, I started to cry after a sneeze. Should I be worried?

I have tuberculosis granuloma in brain and seziure once a week left size of eyes face hand does it will happen always I have stated antitubercular drug since 1 month

My mom is having back pain and numbness in legs because of which she is not able to walk, sit and get up and has lot of pain
