Sir/,Ma'am I am Feeling pain in brain from long time , and i think my eyes are also affected , please suggest me proper guidance , what should i do ?

My father fall down from terrace and had spinal cord hair line fracture around 3 month back now in our last MRI it seems below mentioned issue because of that he lost his control for Urine , urine automatically flowing without his knowledge and he is also suffering from leg cramps although he is able to walk slowly but still he is pain. MRI report in depth : Partial collapse & compression burst fracture of the superior half of L1 vertebral body with retropulsion / bulging of its postero-superior aspect into the spinal canal , producing compression of thecal sac along with the conus tip and right nerve root

I have tinkling, numness and sharp pain in my handfeet and thighs. Getting tired, slight dizziness. My age is 30 male, unmarried. I have taken sugar test, thyroid test, ecg and eco and chest xray. All are looking good and normal. Kindly suggest what to do. I am taking neurokind lc for past 3 months suggested by cardiologist. It was good for 3 months and now it is again showing same symptoms. Kindly advice.

My mothers head operated by Neurosurgeon s after treatment of fits at 21 jan.2008. and position was very critical. After long treatment she discharged from KGMU. But after operation she can not move without any support. One tablet per day Epsolin 300 ER recommended by doctor and she regular takes it. But today from 5.50 fits came after 10-20minuts regularily. Kindly suggest some better treatment.

I have been facing Headache since 10 -12 yrs. Not regularly but 2 times in a week. Sometimes 3 times in a week. Only on one side of head on left side. Now the condition is that headache starts on while driving if some pit comes on the way it affects my head and headache starts. I usually take Vasograin as antimaigraine or Combiflame as pain relief tablet. Please suggest me what to do. I need your help. I also have acidity and weakness. I am 15kg underweight. I have gone through the test of TSH but it is normal. My age is 29 and my weight is 46kg. Sometimes even taking vasograine it does not help in headache relief. I have consult to many doctors but it does not help me to come over this disease. Every doctors give me antimigraine tablet. I have used amitriptyline antidepressant for 10days days but that I discontinued taking amitrityline fearing for not being addicted to this tablet. It introduce sleepness but I don't any problem of sleepless. I work on computer and travel job.

I've been having localized back ache near the coccyx since the past 3 weeks. The pain subsides slightly on standing upright , but reverts when lying down or sitting, but is worse lying down.
