Brain and Spine Problems

Its been 9 days since I m feeling dizziness(feeling like my body is floating in every position even with eyes closed) and I m obseving neck n back pain along with it a little of cold n quite air bubble in my ear

I have suffered from depression in past.nw i have anxiety n depression kind of off n onn.but not on medication nw.m pure vegiterian.what steps should be taken fr b12 deficiency and whom should be consulted.psychiatrist gen physicians dont listen to it

I went to doctor in March 2017 for my right shoulder/neck hurting. Fingers on right hand numb also. They did xray said it was arthritis, prescribed Ibuprofen. No help. Last wk of April 2017, left leg, torso,foot are numb. I've had 2 prior back surgeries. Had MRI May 5th, said I have a bulging, herniated, with some stenosis. Pain is severe in back.

I am a 32 year old male, 5'7, weigh about 74 Kg. For the last year I have had intermittent sensations of pins and needles in feet,early morning I feel cramps in both feet. I am EXTREMELY fatigued and have a difficult time functioning. In blood report Vitamin B12 and D deficiency found and I have taken supplements but still I am facing problem.Help!

I had taken MDR tb treatment for 1.6 years which has led to peripheral neuropathy. I get Tingling sensation in feet. I have been taking medication from a general physician for last 1.5 months. But the problem is still the same. Suggest me should I consult Neurologist? How much time does it take to get complete relief from peripheral neuropathy?
