Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I am active person and do gym on regular basis. I usually do heavy weight lifting excercise. But when I do squats or deadlift the I was feeling lower back pain on right side. So I stopped doing these exercises because my pain was not reducing. And after sometime I didn't have any pain on my back. But one day I was lifting some weight suddenly I got worst pain on my lower back. Was not able to walk or stand properly. I thought it was lower back pain on my spine or hips joint but after few days pain got reduced and now only right side I have pain and I can feel during sneezing,walk. But I don't have any pain on my legs. Any idea what it could be?Not able to understand is there any slip disk or any nerve stuck? I am planning to check with chiropractic doctor may be they will do some manually setup of my joints or bones. Is it good idea?

Feeling numb, tingling sensation sometimes greeping pain at back of both knees and below specially when walking and climbing stairs specially down stairs and cycling.

My left eye is blinking involuntary.even sometime my left side of mouth performing involuntary while eating speeking etc

Headache from last few years shown to every doctor swtch to ayurved also but my problem for headache os getting worse now it started pain in my skull also .. its unbearable even i cant keep my head on pillow on one side whole night its start paining thn too..

MRI Study of lumbo sacral spine shows 1. Reduced lumbar curvature 2. Disc bulge at L4-L5 and L5-S1, postereo and postero- laterally causing : Compression over anterior thecal space and : Narrowing of bilateral L5 neural foramina.

Hi, so recently I began to pee 20 times daily and I made diabetes test and every thing is fine adter that the doctor said I have Urinary inflammation but I dont feel burned when peeing and when I pee It's only no color and littlr I heard it's cancer I am reaaly scared and I am 15 I don't smoke or drink alcoholics please help

I'm having trouble focussing on things. I feel I'm lost and unaware of my surroundings. I also have anxiety issues.

I think I have cervical spondylitis and possible should misalignment. How do I confirm about both and what is the real treatment; medicine, exercise, physiotherapy or something else?
