Brain and Spine Problems

She has been suffering from vertigo and tinnitus for more then 10 days and after that day before yesterday we had her MRI and in that we came to know she had " A Vascular loop of right AICA is seen traversing approximately 50% right internal auditory canal."

Started pain in lower back, than shifted to legs and now knees are paining. The problem is nearly 8months old

Swelling in full body & pain since last 1 month.throid- not detected.suffering from diabetics for 12 years.aged 72 yrs .

Suspecting spondilyatis leading to pain in the neck and left arm. Have difficulty in lifting left arm.

Back pain along with right leg pain. Feeling unbearable pain in right side back pain. I had contact with few doctors, according to them one of the nerve is pinched. PFA regarding doctor perception. After taking the medicine I was relaxed for few hours but when the effect of medicine is vanish pain is started. Please suggest me what should I do?

I have suffering from the desease called pilonidal sinus. At the first time it was so painful so i went to see physician who took the puss out of it and i felt relief and then i ignored it until today. Its been happening to me every 3-4th month but still i didnt care. Now again it started paining at the bottom of my spine. Pls advise what to do next.should i be worried about it? I had migraine issue previously but it was cured by ayurveda now again it arises, I am having severe headache on right side of brain(skull) and neck. Took the medicine as pan40 and paramet but no rest. Previously used to head pain on left side but now it's on right side.

I had gone under a Mri in which we found that l have reversal spinal curvature. So to whom I should consult my problem. Orthopedic doctor or neurologist .
