Brain and Spine Problems

Problem: Headache since 4-5 months. Got the MRI done & reports came fine. Got the blood tests done, Vitamin B & D levels were low, rest was fine. Symptoms: It's focused on the right side of the head. I can feel a throbbing nerve just above my ear. I can hear it in my ear too at times. I haven't been able to diagnose any patterns. It's mostly constant (intensity may vary). My understanding: Based on reading online, pulsatile tinnitus, occipital neuralgia or migraine are the terms that pop up. How to differentiate between these? Should I be visiting an ENT specialist or a neurologist?

Sir I have been suffering from low back pain from 8 or 9 months I was consulted 3docters but am not satisfied Castellvi type2b sacralisation of L5 with joint between L5 transverse processes & sacrum bilaterally this is problem Please sir how to solve this problem explian

My dad feels that someone is putting smoke on him and says daily that person is coming to throw smoke directly on him. Earlier he used to say during night times but recently started saying even day time he is coming to hurt him by releasing smoke on him. We know that no one is coming but still he insists that someone is coming. Consulted to psychiatric and he suggested to take MRI brain scan. We did scan couple of days back and got the report as below:: Large well defined extraaxial T1 hypo, T2, FLAIR Hyperintense Lesion measuring 3.4*3*3 cm is noted in the Sella and is seen extending into suprasellar region causing displacement of optic chiasma without diffusion restriction. The lesion is seen in contact with bilateral ICA for about 90-180 degrees. Pituitary gland is not separately seen.

I have had a backpain for the last 2 weeks and it has grown bigger and bigger since the last few days

I am suffering from cervical spondylosis loss of cervical lordosis my mri report shows c5/c6 disc shows annular fissure and diffuse posterior bugle with central herniation indenting spinal cord and encroaches on both neural formia .hyperintese signal is seen in the spinal cord in left side represents myomalacia. c6/c7 disc shows annular fissure n diffused posterior bulge with right paracentral herniation indenting spinal cord n right c7 nerve n encroaches on both neural formina. I also get tingling in legs and nerve pain in one right hand finger. I also get pain in entire spinal cord when envolves prolonged sitting job. I want to any ayurvedic treatment is there to cure this entirely. Also with this condition whether I will be able to perform any job.I have taken physiotherapy treatment like IFT , ultra, cervical traction & steam and till for months I was feeling ok but now again the pain has started should I continue doing same physiotherapy again or not

I have been having headache for a very long tine and was on medicines. Also had MRI done but nothing was detected. I am now having a homeopathic medicines which gives relief to my headache. Could you please suggest what can i do to eliminate headache

From several years i am unable to write properly with my right hand. I am able do to all other activities normally. Whenever i start writing, there are slight tremors in my hand. Please suggest what is the treatment.

I have been having electric shock &pain in my left leg since 3 year. The electric shock and pain start from calf to toe of left leg, but the pain is very high for last one week. I have consulted many doctors before but nobody diagnose the cause and solution for the problem. Please help me.
