Brain and Spine Problems

Hi i was attacked on the 5th of may and left unconscious with head injuries i was admitted to hospital and realesed next day no scan or xray was done. i went back up to hospital on the 9th still feeling very dizzy and unbalanced like being on a ship feeling. was told just concussion. the dizziness and unbalance is fine now when i am sitting up but comes back when im lying down. i have nearly passed out a few times. is this normal to get this feeling lying down as a have never suffered a concussion before?

Drowsiness early in the morning. Forgetfulness, whole day fatigue feeling. Went for whole spine MRI. There's a problem of L4 and L5. Cervical is normal

Hi doctor. My father age is 62 around, he suffered from left side paralysis on 14th april 2017 cause of high bp. he has clot in mind also. now he is discharge from hospital his left portion have little moment but his BP is increase very frequently. he is not eating properly and he is become very weak. what can we do please suggest?
