Back left side and front left side pains from last few days what to do She have taken steam after steam she feel slight better but after some time same situation

I am 24 year old and suffering from lower backpain, headache since 4 year my both legs are also paining some times due to this problem i am dipress little bit. There is any permanat treatment of my problem sir?

She meet with an accident yesterday. After 4 hours of accident she vomits once. Next day at the time of brushing teeth vomits once. We have scanned her brain. It found that her brain little internal brain swelling. I have uploaded the scanned report. One Doctor says to admit for a day.
