3 yr back I felt numbness in my rt foot. Now I feel in my rt hand thumb finger too. It radiating one side of my face also. Wat's problem. Its curable

I am a student and i've been suffering from severe headche since 5 years.Though i used many types of medicine they didn't give me the desired result.This pain is curbing me to do all of my works.Sometimes I get pain all over the head,sometimes only left side of the head ,sometimes right or the apex severely.Since 1 year I've been suffering from this pain only at the apex of the head frequently.Soon after i get vomiting sensation.This is the daily routine of my life.I am not understanding how to get rid of this grief.
