Hi Doctor, What are the remedies to overcome pressure sore on head which usually comes when a person gets bedridden for long. Please help.

L4 l5 disc bulge not able to stand and sit feeling good while sleeping , while walking couldn't walk straight and slightly bending towards right and total weight is kept on right leg

It is further compounded by ligamentum flavum hypertrophy 5.L5/S1 disc shows diffuse disc bulge posterior protusionwith retropulsed disc vertebral complex indenting thecal sac causing bilateral neural foraminal stenosis.It is further compounded by ligamentum flavum hypertrophy Please tell the best doctor to consult in hyderabad for the above problem. Will surgery be needed?

I have been facing a severe burning sensation in my back, i suspect it is related with a spinal nurve as i won't able to stand straight & it is hereditary that way as my mother face faced similar problems when she got old. I am now 60 years of age. Kindly advise.

A few days ago, I was doing leg press and I wasn't breathing out as I should. All of a sudden I got really lightheaded and got a really bad headache, so I stopped working out and went home. I took a day off, but as soon as I started lifting today (bench press) I got a terrible headache. Do you think that I need to go get this checked out or will it subside with more rest?

Yesterday I had strange episode, everyone I mention it too says it sounds like a mini stroke. It started off with a weird visual disturbance in my right eye. It's hard to explain but I would say it was sort of like a transparent flashing light and I couldn't read anything and was hard to see anything. It finally went away after about 20 minutes. I then started feeling strange, sort of like before your about to pass out. I was talking to my mother in law and I couldn't think of simple words like "spin" or "turn" and was very confused about what I was talking about. I then started to have a splitting headache (worst I've ever had) along with feeling sick. I ended up vomiting then I slowly felt better. The whole ordeal lasted about an hour and a half. I've had migraines before but never with the speech problem. I am a 25 year old mother of two who is not taking any medications and are other wise healthy.
