Brain and Spine Problems

So when I laugh too much my back of head hurts alot and it hurts alot felt like it will explode. Veins of my back of head also swells up

Due to sleep in home my head impacted to ladder ege .now a days water draining consistently. . Please guide me

Hello Doctor, My 56 year old mother, teacher by profession, is suffering from dizziness on the right side. She cannot wake up or turn from the right side and even cannot look upwards. She always feel something heavy is kept on the head, gets cold and cough frequently, voice changes whenever she is about to fell ill, can't lift heavy objects from right side or move hand from that side. Shown to orthopedics,they told us it is related to cervical spondylitis, took physiotherapy treatment but got relief only for few days then the problems starts again. My question is to whom we should consult? An orthopedic or Neurologist? is there any brain related issue?

Am revathy, got a wedding proposal , but that guy undergone a neuro surgery a cyst has been removed , kindly suggest

I m suffering from sciatica pain in my left leg for 3 years ...my age is 27...in MRI Report problem shown as PIVD L5 S1.

Dear sir/Ma'm, I am 63 year male and retired govt servant . 6  year ago I felt my foot senseless while walking some distance. After taking rest of 2 min my legs worked properly . I consulted a doctor he advised me to L.S. belt It heals my problem . But now days this problem arises again and hardly I can walk for 200 meter . My recent MRI report is attached . I am diabetic and blood pressure patient .

I've been facing unsteadiness at the time of standing & walking from 6 month,,, besides fatigueness in arms and legs,,,and mild pain at the time of neck movement,,,, some kind of lack of coordination is there,,,, weight loss has occurred,,,,, so many blood test,, urine test and EMG have done,,, all reports are normal,,, but the problem is still.,

Sir/madam i m a student and now i m trying to overcome from some depressive problem like love breakup .so my studying hour being reducing day by day .and my mind doesn't give me power to concentrate on study .so please advice me how i can overcome from depression and how i increase my concentration power and focus on study .how i avoid the bad thing ?? and how i become a good helthy mind person

I am 30 year old male and working in Govt. department for 3.5 years. I have been suffering from Mild Depression for the last 4 years and I am using Dipran-5 and Minite-7.5 medicine. For the last 8-9 months I feel very tired, I feel very lacking in energy. My head feels heavy on the left side. It is so difficult to wake up in the morning and feeling tired in the morning. When I do some work continuously and after finishing my work, then there is a lot of noise in my head and the head looks numb. When I ride the bike and after riding when stop the bike and remove the helmet again there is a lot of noise in my head and the head looks numb.

Hello Dr. I am experiencing pain in both sides of my head and my neck is stiff. And my shoulders are also tight. And since yesterday, I am experiencing facial pain too. My cheeks are paining and gums are itching. I don't knw why I am getting these headaches. Due to this, I am not able to concentrate in my studies. Please help me to get rid of it as it is painful.
