Migraine headaches
Hi, am suffering from migraine from past 12yrs and had tried almost al medicine but to be frank no use .. when I take it will come down but there it will spike up very high. Recently in MRI came to no it's sinus also there. Kindly guide me the way to cure this completely.

U will have to be on abortive migraine therapy and a short course of antibiotics and anti allergy Medicine..
