Brain and Spine Problems

Due to high blood pressure mother had subarachnoid haemorrhage because of which she had to undergo craniotomy with clipping and tracheotomy after which she had two more coronary artery aneurysms and she had to undergo craniotomy. Currently she is in semi-coma stage. From past 11 month she is completely bed ridden. We need to go for the second operation for which the skull needs to be replaced which was done through craniotomy. I need the suggestion to go further on this and in which hospital is good to go with this process and the best neurosurgeon.

I am not able to see through one of my eyes clearly. Some test results show that its because of a minute tumor in brain and related to nerves attached to eyes and else the functioning of eye is accurate. Doctors are suggesting surgery is the only option. Is there any other way except surgery?Also, Could you please a good neurologist in NOIDA or DELHI?
