Back pain undergone ayurvedic treatment for a month but still pain is there Dr said blood circulation is less in one of my leg can I go and take alopethic treatment

Hi I'm suffering from SCA 2. I have concern Neurologist. I didn't get any solution to cure this problem (SCA 2), he just referred me the medicine to control. I like to know do I get any solution that can cure (SCA 2) completely.

My dad is diagnosed with Peripheral Neuropathy. He has tinkling and burning sensation in his feets and arms from last one week. He has cirrhosis from last 4-5 years.

Last february i felt and hit my head on concreate, after that i took treatement for neck pain, headache and giddiness and manymore. 2 or 3 days after discharge from hospital i lost my smell and taste, i feel very bad smell and taste in every thing, even cant write or tell that. then this month again i consult a doctor, he told my smell and taste will never get back. my question is, is there any medicine or any further medicine or any hospital which can help me for this case?
