Brain and Spine Problems

My sister got.punch in the nape anf she started to vomit.whats the best thing we can do.please help us.

My mother , 54 years old, a known hypertensive and on regular medication, had an episode of giddiness followed by falling down while getting up from bed and walking towards kitchen. She did not loss consciousness, and no weakness of body. But the vertigo stayed the whole day and following days as well. Immediately after the fall, her BP was 180/90 even though she had taken her BP medicine that was Asomex 2.5 , 1 hour back from the incident.her BP has come down after 30 mins , to normal. She had been put on Neksium 40 and Bertin 16 mg BD for almost a weak, and now the vertigo is not there continuously. Even though last night she complained whenever she is looking down ,she is feeling giddiness , other than that she doesn't feel so. We have consulted a General physician (MD) ,and he asked to get her MRI brain and spine along with EEG to get done, but only after consulting a Neurophysician. We are taking appointment for a neurologist, meanwhile could anyone suggest me, a secondopinion

I'm medical student. I have intermittent throbbing headache at occipital region since 3 days and today it was last continue about an hour . Headache aggravated when I'm see on the ground or something taken from the ground . Rt. Ear ache since 3days also .falling on the ground from 1st floor before 10 year and occipital hitting on ground .is this serious problems ?

I have upper back pain on right side . Pain is on back neck also. I stay in malad west. Request you to kindly advice.

I have continuous pain in the neck and headache too. I also feeling pukish. I take a vitamin 'c' tablet and feel better for a while. But it starts troubling again after sometime.

Mild pain in back side and front side of head above eye. and it is continuing through out the day also feeling hevyness at head  feeling vertigo some time. it is started before 15 days when I was started to slip in AC

My hands shiver a lot sometimes. When I work out or I am in stress, then my overall body also shivers sometimes.

Diagnosed with a small syrinx at c5 lower and c6 upper level. Right i have whole body muscle twitches from 4 years. Some i get vibration sensation in hands and legs.

Sir I am suffering from back pain. MRI report (D10 - D11 bone infected). Many test report are negative. 12 types of blood test was done but no result. One type of blood test is - BLOOD BONE VIRUS SCREEN ( results are, Hiv - Negative, Hbv - Negative, and Hcv - Negative). Doctor saying D 10 - D 11 infective spondylodiscitis probable tuberculosis. Already tb treatment started before 25 days. Sir now I am already depressed because I think that is there any chance to Hiv? and whole treatment are Wright or wrong? Sir pl tell me soon because I am so upset and waiting for your answer.

I injured my neck in the gym. Its been one and half week and still have some pain when I turn my neck. It doesn't affect my day-to-day life but I can't go to gym due to fear of injuring my neck again.
