Brain and Spine Problems

I fell down by stairs on Sunday. I really got hurt beside my spine. I had pain killer tablets and injection . But as i wake up. It really hurts

Sir I am facing the back side headache pain by early morning n late Evening from past week it's day by day increasing eyes are iritaing & not able sleep on time when I slept also I can't sleep just laying on bed after 2-3 hours I try to sleep . Pls suggest me what I do ?

One day i feel headache and pain in left ear and problem in engulfing food.mri scan shows hperintensites.please suggest.

I'm having discomfort in neck and ear. Feels like ears are closed. Please suggest which doctor I should visit. Neurologist or Orthopedis? Just to inform I also had a back problem 1.5 years back. Thank you.

These are below impression we get after undergoing MRI of whole spine and LS Spine please help whether it is serious problem or not 1.mild posterior disc bulge of c5 6 and c6-7 intervertebral disc 2.l5 vertebra is sacralized 3.mild diffuse annular bulge of l3 4 and l4 5 4.lumber facetal arthropathy

I have been having localized headaches(behind right ear) for nearly a month with very high intensity. The pain ususally reaches it's peak in the afternoon(around 3,30 p.m) and late in the night( around 11 p.m)

I'm distracted so much from my path my exams are coming nd I'm so depressed nd demotivated have no confidence...if people say me for studies I didn't actually not understand that I hear that bt because I'm in another world of thinking I doesn't understand anything abd many more problems

I've started feeling dizzy 2 months back and due to dizziness it was hard to maintain balance while walking. After around one week symptoms reduced. I visited a neuro-specialist later on and he put me on medication. The dizziness is persistent and sometimes increases and decreases and mostly associated with rotational movement of my head. Its not like the world is rotating but my head feels dizzy and if i am moving due to dizziness walking becomes difficult. Symptoms reduced lately but for last 2-3 days they increased again. Right now i feel dizzy when i move my head up or down. Kindly advise what is the problem and whether it is treatable or not.

I will get head ache only back side(both sides) of the head, it I'll start morning when I wake up slightly it I'll start and increase after some time, after 24 to 40 hours it I'll go , and every month or 20 days or more than a month I I'll face this problem, I have 1) very mild MVp on heart last year I was diagnosed 2) sometimes BP slightly varies max up to 90/140 . 3) My father is having Parkinson's disease. 4) cylindrical eye sight left eye 0.75 Why I am getting this headache, last year I did my head ct scan it is showing normal.
