Headaches, involuntary face movements...
I had a rather painful headache and my neck and all the way down my spine hurt and I figured it was just a Migrane or something. Then a few days ago when I was in class talking to my friends as I always do the muscles in my face started moving funny. Mid sentence I had difficulty speaking and had never before felt such a feeling. I cannot say it was necessarily painful but it was definitely abnormal. Following this strange event I had tremors. My hands and one of my legs quivered uncontrollably and holding my pencil still was more difficult then it should be. Lately i feel like my left arm and leg are slightly numb and i had a tightness in my left cheek but I'm not sure if I should worry or if I'm just imagining it since someone told me it could have been a "mini stroke." I'm very young too. Should I see a doctor or am I overreacting and need to forget about it? (Also, my vision was sorta... different today)

Problems due to carrying school bags
Carrying heavy school bag for 7 years caused many problems to my health including irritation and pain to spine, stress, fatigue, short attention spam, depression, chronic nerve pain, burnout, anxiety. Will exercise and yoga help me as I'm already doing these ? Should I go to the neurologist because I'm under psychiatric treatment but her treatment is not much helpful as she had only prescribed SSRI antidepressant and valproate anticonvulsant.

Localized headache
It's going on day seven and I've had a localized, burning sensation type of headache. It's on the left side of my head, above the temple region. The headache burns more at night and in the mornings and last night disrupted my sleep. Should I be too worried?

It like when someone gets butterflies in their stomach, but in my head and i jerk and i sometimes get dizzy. I on antidepressant meds, so not sure if it side effects off that or binge drinking withdrawal. I also was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid

Needed advice
My father aged 49 had a mild stroke on 15/10/16 and was admitted to a hospital. He was managed conservatively to start with and thorough investigations were done. On 18/10/16 he had an episode of GTCS and was shifted to critical care unit and anti-convulsants were added. MRI of brain was done which showed ring enhancing lesion at left post parietal lobe with internal necrotic core surrounding vasogenic oedema probably due to Tuberculosis/ Metastasis/ Brain Abscess. USG of Abdomen showed Cholelithiasis. He was managed with IV Antibiotics and other supportive measures. MRI spectroscopy was done, report awaited. He also had ulcer over left lateral border of tongue.
Final diagnosis :
1. Type 2 diabetes mellitus
2. Hypertension
3. Lower respiratory tract infection
4. Cholelithiasis
5. Seizure disorder
6. Ring enhancing lesion of perietal lobe - ? Tuberculosis, ?metastatis, ? Brain abscess
Seeking forward for your kind co operation
Thanks...

Migraine pain
Migraine pain is typically throbbing or pulsating. A dull, nagging, persistent pain is more characteristic of tension-type headache. This pain is sometimes described as tight and constricting or as a feeling of pressure. The pain of cluster headache is deep penetrating, as though a hot poker were driven into the eye.
