Sir, my girl friend has taken contraceptive pill(unwanted 72).on this gone sunday(1/6/17).she has a history of stroke.(she has stroke in 2014 December) And she is taking regular medicine ecosprine and probiotics. although she is fit and fine ( no headache, no bitter mouth taste( she had after taking medicine but now fine)) sir I want to ask is there any possibility of getting her stroke. ( when she is taking medicine). she is afraid if this may cause any harm to her. She is 24

Contraceptive pills may cause stroke becoz it may cause thromboembolism...which may travel to brain and obstruct any vessel and cause subsequent stroke...it may occur with oral contraceptive pills taken on regular basis.....
