Brain and Spine Problems

Hi I am not able to focus on my work and which is related to studies. Do i need to consult any psychiatrist. Please do the needful.

Recently spine pain has starting happening when i touch it, bend/move in certain ways and when i lie down.

My close one broke my trust so I am depressed so much and unable to get out of that problem . Always doubting him even he is good also .

I am an engineer in a power plant, when ever i do night shifts with out taking any rest i use to get seizure attack,kindly suggest remedy for it, it is not frequent may be once in a year or twice in a year.

I am unable to sleep properly..there are lot of breaks on the sleep and my right head is aching..I will be distributed easily in the sleep with small sounds also..

I am having very severe headaches since 1 week before i was having pain on my right eye, right eye and right side of head but now i am having pain all over head and its hard to lift my head i don't like medicine but i had pandol 2 tablet like 3 times a week and i cant even sleep properly i dont know whats the matter? I have deficiency of vitamin b12 and vitamin d3. And been in anxiety since childhood. This problem of stiffness and cracking of joints is becoming severe day by day. Tried almost all kinds of medicines but nothing is working for me till now. Please suggest. Thanks in advance
