Brain and Spine Problems

I having this past one year stiff neck and pain and giddiness i consulted a doctor my bp goes High 150/100 after onther  day my bp is 130/ 100 what should be the problem whom should I consult please give me suggestion all blood reports are normal

My wife have back pain problem since last more than 1 year. Now i have done MRI and doctor said that the disc is minor outside the bone bracket. Below is the MRI Report: FINDINGS: 1) Lumbar spine curvature is maintained. 2) Lumbosacral transitional vertebral is seen in form of sacralization of L5 vertebra. 3) Rest of the vertebral bodies show normal height with signal intensity. L3-L4 and L4-L5 disc desiccation is noted. 4) L1-L2 - No significant neuroforaminal narrowing or spinal canal stenosis. 5) L2-L3 - No significant neuroforaminal narrowing or spinal canal stenosis. IMPRESSION: 1) Lumbosacral transitional vertebral in form of sacralization of L5 vertebra. 2) Broad based posterocentral disc protrusion at L3-L4 level with annular tear, moderately narrowing bilateral lateral recess and neural foramina. 3) Mild diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 level, mildly narrowing bilateral lateral recess and neural foramina.

I was detected with multiple disk issue and virtigo with some exercise it was fine and now from one month I have continued dizzying I feel head spinning vomit

Dear doctor , I am experiencing lower and upper back pain as soon as i wake up in the morning after night's sleep. In first 2 weeks the pain was in my lower back and gradually now i can feel it in my middle and upper back and not in my lower back. And this gradually disappears by the day and happens again the next day. And at the same time i m experiencing this pain in my right side in my rib area and this pain is a little pain but constant throughout the day and only occasionally disappearing for a day or two in a week ! Please help and suggest what is this with me . Is it gastric or any other issue Thanks in advance

4-5, days back, while I get up from lying down the bed, I suddenly felt weakness in my right foot.Even It became difficult to put pressure on foot while walking.Till then, problem is stable,means it has not increased.

My back pain is turning very severe. And i have to depend on pill daily. Right now m working in a call centre (night shift) and i am afraid if it would increase more. My back pain is in the lower back and the pain often shifts its position.. To the upper back. Nowadays it has startes affecting the legs and the pain is unbearable. I have visited doctors but the medicine given was just a pain killer .. And i guess it has worsen my condition and i am somewhat addicted to it..as i have to take it daily.. Please provide me with complete answers regarding the reason of pain and its recrification .. I urgently need some good solution for it. Its hampering my life like hell..

I've been getting headache and feeling more tired. reducing weight not able to have food properly. not getting sleep.

Can you let me know which type of doctor needs to be consulted for sinus problems..Does wearing glasses makes headache lesser??
