Brain and Spine Problems

I m having continuous headache for past two months..i have did all tests like eye test and consult for neurologist..pleas help me outof this........

About 10 years back, I had an operation for fistula, during which i was given anesthesia to my back through an injection. Some 7 years back, i started having constant back pain, which hasn't gone after multiple physiotherapy, massage, exercise sessions. My Vitamin D levels are at 18, which is low, but i took injection and shel call tablets for a while for the same as well. There hasn't been any improvement. the pain subsides for a while and then returns almost within 2-3 days.

I have problem to understand my profeession,what i have done in prevoius job not reaches to my brain, no confidence, writing problems, and speaking problems

I've been getting these sharp shooting pain by my temple on the right side and above on the right side

I was diagnosed with MCS territory Ischemic stroke in MRI report .Acute Infarcts noted in the right CG region. Im on medication of ecospirin and CAAT 40mg since one month. I have started to have a complete healthy lifestyle with no smoking and excercise etc everyday. Will the clot get dissolved ? And how much time it can take ...Im worried everyday as im just 37yrs old and a small family behind

My father had heart attack 24 days ago, then he went through angioplasty with 2 stunts. Unfortunately he caught some infection during such process and then again admitted to hospital. Unluckily after 4 days he was unable to walk. He used to raise legs and move legs and arms but his Lower body doesn't allow him to stand on his foot . Then 12 days ago he had heart stroke and heart stop for around 8-9 minutes. After the CPR he was put on ventilators. Until now his brain is not responding properly. He opens his eye look here and there but could not recognise and don't follow commands. His infection and Tb medicines are still going on. Doctors started IVIG but stop after 30ml because it was infecting kidneys. He blink his eyes when we put some light on his eyes and move our hand as a threat near his face.

Had headache for 5 or 6 days now. Hurts when I switch between laying, sitting, and standing. Throbbing pain that brings me to tears when I do switch positions. Muscles sore in head neck and shoulders. Feel like I may have a fever some of the time but never sure.
