Brain and Spine Problems

I have been suffering from severe Brain fog since November. Also my brain kind of completely shuts down aftr i hv stayed awake for 8 to 10 hours.. Its becoming very difficult to focus.. I ws diagnosed with vit d deficiency.. I hv bn taking high dose medications but the fog and tiredness still persists..i also have nose congestion and excess ear wax production. Cn you please guide me

Diagnosed with Ms in 2015. From lst 2 months again my symptoms r present in ryt hand. Also der's immense fatigue at the end of the day. Headaches are nw vry frequent.

I have a pain of rght hand in nerve.. and i also face weakness, diziness, lightly tingling.. so please advice me..

My head is moving towards right from past 1.5 years, Latrocollis along with tremors in head currently taking pacitan

My mother slipped getting back of her head hit against the wall. Its been 4 days now and she feels a heavy sensation there at the back.

Last reading of bp says 174/108 Diabetes level keeps flactuating (highest 580, lowest 60) Already have convulsion twice in sept 2016

My. Father has stroke in right side of the brain... The doctor has done the surgery one week ago....it was possible to recover the old memory..

I was shot and the bullet past through my hand then struck me in the neck. Since the bullet impacted my out stretched hand within 4-5 feet of the barrel it never reached full velocity, thus upon entering my neck it was slowed to the point it couldn't pass through the neck and shoulder tissue. Neither the bullet nor any fragment of it made contact with the spinal cord or the cervical vertebrae, yet I'm paralyzed due to bruising of the spinal cord. My question is, since I had a previous fusion of C4, C5 and C6 did that increase the extent of the damage which occurred. If the answer is yes, to what degree of increased probability would be a fair guess.

I had a kochs spine T8-T10 with paraplegia n was operated at KEM HOSPITAL 6 months ago but still can't get up but slight improvements in leg movement for second opinion whom should I consult either NS or spine surgeon.. Pls guide
