Headache from exercise
A few days ago, I was doing leg press and I wasn't breathing out as I should. All of a sudden I got really lightheaded and got a really bad headache, so I stopped working out and went home. I took a day off, but as soon as I started lifting today (bench press) I got a terrible headache. Do you think that I need to go get this checked out or will it subside with more rest?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Take a break for a day or two. It's very necessary that you breathe the way you are supposed to breathe. . consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management. . best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
