Brain and Spine Problems

I have been headache from last 3 weeks. And i dont know what to do at this time. Request you to help me on this

I am 23 years old and suffering from memory loss. Unable to remember most of the things. It is happening from 2 to 3 years but it has become severe these days.

Feeling dizzy since last 3 4 days. Having a neck pain and feels everything to b blank like red in color

My father has stroke in right of the brain ..the doctor has done the craniotomy surgery last week...it is possible to cure???it is possible to recover the old memory...

I am having headache and my mind is wavering always...no clear decision in my mind.always thinking something..

Severe lower back pain for last few days. Pain shifting from lower back to left thighs. Not being able to walk more than few meters.

My wife said that her eyes are rotating and consulted the general physcian. Physcian told that having low BP and placed ceylon. After that also still having rotating eyes rarely per a day. What do i need to do?
