Brain and Spine Problems

My mum got elbowed at the top of her head a few months ago and she says now that it still hurts her when she presses on it and she gets headaches on that side of her head where she got elbowed. What do you think it is and what should we do?

My sister's age is 27 and she has a problem of fitz or epilepsy. She is having this problem for 5 years. She is taking medicine continuously but inspite of this yesterday situation gets worse. previously it was of 2-3 seconds but yesterday it was of 30 second and her body starts shaking and foam comes out of mouth and she got cut in tongue.
