Mini stroke or weird Migrane
Yesterday I had strange episode, everyone I mention it too says it sounds like a mini stroke. It started off with a weird visual disturbance in my right eye. It's hard to explain but I would say it was sort of like a transparent flashing light and I couldn't read anything and was hard to see anything. It finally went away after about 20 minutes. I then started feeling strange, sort of like before your about to pass out. I was talking to my mother in law and I couldn't think of simple words like "spin" or "turn" and was very confused about what I was talking about. I then started to have a splitting headache (worst I've ever had) along with feeling sick. I ended up vomiting then I slowly felt better. The whole ordeal lasted about an hour and a half. I've had migraines before but never with the speech problem. I am a 25 year old mother of two who is not taking any medications and are other wise healthy.

Care AI Shimmer
Hi.... Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on
