Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Dr. I am experiencing pain in both sides of my head and my neck is stiff. And my shoulders are also tight. And since yesterday, I am experiencing facial pain too. My cheeks are paining and gums are itching. I don't knw why I am getting these headaches. Due to this, I am not able to concentrate in my studies. Please help me to get rid of it as it is painful.

I have been having Severe headaches. since a month. light sound everything hurt my head. feel like throwing up. Feel better wen i do. intolerable headaches.
