My father is having 90%carotid stenosis on right and 70-90%carotid stenosis on left so pls suggest is it good to go with surgery or stenting (he is 65 yrs and weight 59)

Surgery is generally better than stenting . I am a neurosurgeon and I do both as I have qualifications to do both
