Required treatment for slipped disc
I have severe pain in my back and left leg.MRI says my L5S1 is slipped.pain is more in hips and calf than on back...undergoing for physio therepy for last 1 month but no relief.according to mri report my mid sagittal AP spinal canal dimensions at L3/L4 12mm.L4/L5 14mm.L5/S1 10mm.final impression is lumbor spondylosis.evidence of left paracentral disc prolapsed at L5S1 level with caudal migration imparting significant pressure on thecal sac and left lateral neural foramina.please suggest what to do....

Looks like significant compression on the roots. If the symptoms do not alleviate after conservative treatment, surgery may be needed.
