Brain and Spine Problems

I have been headache and muscles pain. It's increased while reading in concentration and when I am alone. Because of headache I am not able to comprehend and thats lower my confidence and fill me with anxiety.

My sister has head ache for past 4 years but for last 1 year the headache is worsen ...she cannot able to tolerate the head ache...it starts initially in the morning and goes on increasing...during severe headache she feels nausea like thing....she have taken lot of medication but till now no improvement goes on increasing....she has the previous history paranasal sinusitis surgery..after that also no improvement...please kindly request you to provide necessary medication and say what is the pathology behind this head ache.....pls....pls...I kindly request u

Every morning when i get up my entire spine aches and becomes very stiff i have to do back exercise to move

I have had derealization/deperesonilization off and on for about 2-3 years and most of time it goes away or I don't notice it after about a week or two. But for some reason after a night of heavy drinking it comes back the next day for another week or so and I don't know why. I'd appreicate any help you can provide.
