I was suffering with pitutery tummor after surgery cortisol hormone not generated in body doctor advised to me to take 5 mg tablet whysolone now I want to side effect of this and suggestion

Hi, Wysolone is a steroid and contains prednisolone. Common side effects are Electrolyte imbalance, Redistribution/accumulation of body fat, Bone degradation, Increased risk of infection, Muscle disorders, Increased blood pressure, Altered bone growth, Skin scar, Behavioural changes, Increased glucose level in blood, Cataract. You should contact your physician and discuss about it's management.
