I have a problem of Jhatka (Brain stroke) from the age of 18, from that age I am taking medication of Levetiracetam USP 500mg and Folic acid tablet 5mg. I have done several tests like Blood (thyroid), CT scan, ECG test all are normal. Please suggest some yoga or exercise to overcome from this problem.
