Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, my father is 56 years old. he had a stroke 2 months ago and his left side is paralyzed. He underwent a surgery or skull flap removal. Now it's been restored but he has no improvement in the physical condition.

Feeling numbness in fingers and legs. Also feeling decrease memory and stress in using mind. Feeling tired. Earlier b12 level was low for long time. Injection course taken and now level is at 350 as compared to earlier 40. What I should take more to improve.

My father is 47 yrs and his weight is around 50kg and height is 5'5. Yesterday he got paralysis attack at around 9:45pm. We took him to the sehgal nursing home , paschim vihar and doctor told us that he got bleeding in his brain .please find the attached MRI and guide us what to do further. Currently Dr. V k arora sir is handling this case.. please doctors need ur replies

Dear doctor/s, I happen to have this lower left back pain for more than 2-3 years but was bearable and considered it to be a ordinary back pain just like everyone gets. Recently from the past one week the pain increased and I was adviced to take a endospine MRI scan and happened to find out that I have a condition called hemisacralization of lumbar L5 occurring to be the cause of the back pain. I want to know how serious the condition is and what are the choices i have got to get rid of the pain. I am also contemplating alopathy or ayurvedic treatment for this since I have no idea as to what this is and/whether its curable. Kindly help me out. Thanks in advance.

Woking up to headache these days daily but after 2 glasses of water it generally goes away. But today it didn't and I am unable to sleep now (4:30am). Last night I had NUROKIND-PLUS capsule since my muscles are itching. Is it a side effect today?. Should I stop taking NUROKIND-PLUS. Is there any pill for my morning headache problem.

Whenever I Sleep for the long or short duration, my hands ( palms, Fingers) get numb, it pains and the same get disappeared within seconds I wake up. It. Earlier I used to have sciatica problem but now from long it didn't pained

From past 3 to 4 days my wife is having vertigo. Firstly itching starts in the scalp then she feels vertigo.

In MRI my father has been diagnosed with brain haemorrage. What precautions I have to take apart from medicine. If possible plz tell about do's n don't s. Thanks.
