Brain and Spine Problems

I have been suffering from sciatic nerve pain in my left leg since last 6 months.I was badly affected with this disease as I was unable to walk properly,unable to bend myself down,unable to sneeze(as that was directly targeting my leg pain) and stop lifting any kind if weight then I was treated at different clinics and were passed with different advises for treating this problem. I visited a physiotherapist,a doctor and an Ayurvedic treatment center simultaneously then I feel some relaxation in my pain but now I don't know from where I get this relief. Now, I am able to walk and do all my daily routine work and can carry some weight as well "but still feeling some pain at same point" at the time of sitting bending and sneezing. I feel that disease still persists and want to be free completely Could any one please suggest a way to get rid of this problem.

I have been epilepsy problem. I taking a Tablet more than 10 years. But last 3 years no problem in my side. After two months I getting married So I want to skip my tablet. It's possible or not. My mom has a MRI last week that revealed she had an optic nerve in the blood vessels. I am assuming it is in the brain or head and I am scheduled to go back with her to see what her options are. DO you think the options would be medications or surgical procedures.

In back head of my son, near ear is a swelling. Whenever​ he take medicine, swelling get down. It is from approximate 1.5 years. Yesterday, we got CT scan for this. My home doctor told me to see report that Kira/myocysticercasis is in it. He is saying to do operation for it. Please could you explain in your word that is written in report.

The left eyelids move abnormally. Simultaneously it strains the left side of face and moves abnormally. Few years back doctor told that some vein has dried up. Is there anything that can be done ?

As per MRI scan annular tear involving L4-5 disc indenting thecal sac and causing mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing. I'm taking PBREN-NT and other medicines for a month. Can you confirm the treatment?

My problem is lower back pain and burning in both soles. AS PER MRI REPORT:- 1. madian disc protrusion (herniation) at L5-S1 level cousing stenosis of bileteral neural foramina copressing the exiting nerve root 2. diffuse poster disc bulge at L4-L5 level cousing mild stenosis of right neutral formina abutting the sxiting nerve root 3. diffuse posterior disc bulging at L3-L4 level cousing mild indentation of thecal sac.
