Hie sequelae
Mri brain scanning generalized mild degree of atrophy of supra tentorial brain parenchyma with mild prominence of ventricular system. bilateral putamen shows atrophy with linear high signal into it. caudate nucleus & brain stem is normal.
rest of the brain parenchyma is of normal signal intensity and morphology. the basal ganglia, thalami,brainstem and cerebellar hemispheres are normal. the ventricular system is within normal limits.the sella and pituitary are normal the major intracranial vessels and cv junction are normal. findings are post hie sequelae with cognitive/cerebellar/extra pyramidal symptom for evaluation.
