I am a TB Patient servical & C3 pot
C3 pot spine got damaged and after 2 months bed rest it got cured i was under medication of TB up to 1 year then i stopped medicines now i am going every six months check up...doctor checkes my MRI scan and ask's me is there any pain in Neck or chest but i am having all symptoms of TB what about my numbness and how get cure from TB.

Medical therapy is the most appropriate treatment to cure TB. In CNS or in your case the treatment is extended to 12/18 months. Please do not discontinue unless your doctor advises so.
Periodic check up is right. MRI shows the resolution of your disease or progression if any.
