Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering from a neck pain and headache specially on the left side of my head. I am also suffering from a bad stomach which I suspect is from having pickles that don't agree with my stomach, are these two inter related? Which doctor should I visit?

I checked with eye specialist she said it is bleeding but no medicine needed. it also got cured on its own. now no issue but once or twice a week mild head ache is there. do not want to go for scan or mri . just want general suggestions to prevent brain hemmorrhage or cure mild bleeding issue if any

I am suffering from severe neck pain from 3 months onwards. From neck the pain is coming to head and then hand. Today I went to hospital. Doctor suggested Naxdom 500. Can I use this for neck pain and head ache?

My right cheek and jaw have been hurting badly. Right now it feels like a sharp stabbing pain. Sometimes its better but when i aggravate it, i can barrly do anything. It hurts to eat, touch my face, i even have to turn away from shower water because it hurts hitting my face. Its gotten worse and nothing that ive tried stops the pain. The pain keeps me up at night and recently has prevented me from eating properly.
