Parkinson and hillusinating

Asked for Male, 70 Years

My father has been diagnosed with parkinson for about six months now. With dolpia medicine his mobility improved but he started hillusinating non stop. He wont trust anyone. He stopped eating . It has been difficult to take care. We need immediate help.
