Brain and Spine Problems

I been having a headache for two days feel like a lump in the back of my head I would massage and it would work for a little bit and I also been taking pain pills it would not go away

Having constant headache and more on the left side and centre. At times feel like nauseous, sometimes accompanied by fever

I am a 27-year-old, healthy and active men.Several months ago, I began experiencing these random episodes of brain shakes The "brain shakes" feel like a jolt and vibration that last about a 1 second. These "brain shakes" are sometimes violent and because they are unexpected.

I'm 25 healthy male, workout 5/6 times a week. Weight 70, height 178 cm. I've been having the symptoms of brain fog and feel lethargic plus hungry even after I've eaten most of the time. I was prescribed Resvitol+Vitamin E tabs and took them for a month which helped me feel better for a month or so but I stopped taking them and have started feeling the same again. Please advise.

I have been having this headache more in the front on the left side around my eyes for last 3 months. It gets worse when I see the light and gets better when I sit in the dark room with no sound.

My dad is having pain in his left side of the forehead also in his left eye and his nerves of forehead are swelling a little bit what could be the problem??

My father age 55 he is suffering from vibrating his right hand from 3 years. he is taking premipex0.25 ..3 tablets a day..pacitine 2 tablets a day.. syndopa 3 tablets a day .. is dis medicine is alright??

Severe headache. Need to take pain clear /sleep medicine to get relief . Already taken lots of medicine but no relief

I used a dab pen, and now I am dizzy all the time, for days now. Everytime i stand up or lie down, I'm so dizzy.
