2 months post TIA similar symptoms

Age 48 yrs female, suffered from TIA around 2 months back. Been taking aspirin 75mg since then. Today suffered similar symptom. Tia had occured in left arm..today felt numbness and tingling in right arm.. didnt loose full sensation..but less sensation was there. Arm was feeling light and numb..took aspirin immediately..within one hour it started feeling better. Was it another tia? Wht should be done? Please help

Testing procedure for Alzheimer

First, i want to give brief Intro - my father is expired 3 years ago and my mom age is 50 and her sleeping habits is going worst she mostly take 4-5 hrs sleep and with breaks ( after 2-3 hrs she wake up and then again try to sleep) and also her memory day by day is going weak. So is that mean she is developing Alzheimer.
