Brain and Spine Problems

Age 48 yrs female, suffered from TIA around 2 months back. Been taking aspirin 75mg since then. Today suffered similar symptom. Tia had occured in left arm..today felt numbness and tingling in right arm.. didnt loose full sensation..but less sensation was there. Arm was feeling light and numb..took aspirin immediately..within one hour it started feeling better. Was it another tia? Wht should be done? Please help

From last week last three fingers on my left hand keeps on twitching automatically. Consulted physiotherapist he told to see neurologist. I have swelling on back of my left palm and fingers would keep on twitching.
