Severe headache
Severe headache in the central portion. No specific trigger known. But happens mostly in the evenings. He is a diabetic and takes Insulin injections daily under medical supervision. Before headache, the central lobe feels hot and also have a nauseating sensation. Unable to sleep early in the night. Had undergone treatment for early onset of parkinsons( under control now) and diplopia in 2013-2014.

HELLO, IT MEANS YOU HAVE AN " AURA". MEANS FEELING HOT. AT THAT TIME IMMEDIATELY TAKE TABLET PARACETAMOL 500ONE TABLET,SO THAT INTENSITY OF HEADACH IS LESS. TABLET NEPROSYN 250TWO-TIME A DAY TILL HEADACHE SUBSIDES. TABLET PROPRANOLOL40mg  ONE TILL HEADACHE SUBSIDES. O.K BYE.
