Brain and Spine Problems

I am 18 and I had shingles (Twice in eleven months) about 13 months ago, in my side and it seems to have left me with shooting nerve pain up my back as well as increased sensitivity and muscle deterioration, recently ( the past two weeks) the pain has gotten to be almost as bad as when I originally got shingles. I am trying to research next steps but there does not seem to be much, do i have any options? I am worried about my day to day functionality. thank you.

Went to an amusement park a few days ago, since that point I have felt dizzy and imbalanced, always feel like I am moving even when I am still.

Have frequent head aches about twice a month. dont feel like eating. there is a constant feeling of vomiting and it improves the headache

Ever since September 18, I have been having very severe, and rapid migraines. Some are instantaneous. I am currently on sumatriptan 50mg, but it isn’t always effective, and takes too long to have any noticeable effect on me. I want to receive injectors, but I can’t due to the high risk of serotonin syndrome (I take fluoxetine). I heard there is a nasal spray called Stadol that I think might help, but I need your advice. Is it right for me?

Are medicines CARBOX and ZENOXA are perfect substitutes Of each other?.........

I saw my uncle today and he start talking to me but he spoke weird and seems like he doesn’t know the date of today He was suppose to be in Brazil now but he missed his flight He couldn’t keep on a conversation with me And he act weird like trying to wear pants like shirts and wearing underwear on his pants He acts totally different than normal and I am worry

Hello, my dad is 60. Lately he changed a lot. His judgment became very poor, he drives faster and takes some bad decisions. He also just stays home and doesnt have hobbies anymore. He also repeats things such as questions alot. He also repeats things in his speech like "I I I will.." or "okokok byebyebye". When I'm talking to him it seems like he's not paying attention& thinkibg about something else, and he always forgets where he put things like his phone or keys.

I've been having constant headache when Also having mygrain and some tym in my head there will be a electric pain and it will be for a long tym doctor why it's so ?

My wife now she is 30 yrs is suffering from epilepsy from her age of 15 yrs. now the problem has increased for last 2-3 yrs. now the frequency has increased to monthly interval. Now she is taking morning time cloba 5, lamosyn 175 and tegrital Cr 400, and evening time cloba 10, lamosyn 175 and tegrital Cr 400. but the problem is continuing. some times in the morning time after taking medicine she is facing problem of double vision and not feeling easy. Kindly suggest

Does frequent vomiting sensation along with one sided headache and ear ache ..forgetfulness.and difficult to speak out at times .could be a promblem related to brain?
