Brain and Spine Problems

I m suffering from sciatica and i have also pain in my shoulder and backbone from 4 week. I can not walk or move my hand properly.

My wife had a surgery on her spine last month and we did a new MRI after surgery and found Granuloama in her brain. May I know more about it please? Is it dangerous?

Suddenly some times my head is like unconscious... don't know about problem..but getting strain due to over thinking..

Loss of sensation in right hand, numbness not able to lift arm, only wrist works. Not able bend arms biceps completely damaged, feels tinningness, burning, and electric current type pain.

I have a tingling sensation on my  feet of both legs when I sit on bed or floor or elsewhere. I starts within 1 minute of sitting in a position with folding legs. what is the cause of this problem and how to cure it? I also taking vitamin medication for this and how long it have to continue to cure it completely?

We are having , three types of tablet Indral (10) , topaz 25 , naxdom, after 20 Days eating this tablet problem not solve , presently yesterday morning i am not fully mentally fit like short term memory loss , left side head pain is continua sly grown up , please suggest

I am sufring from headache and dizziness, I supposed i am having anxite. Pls help me out. I feel dry mouth, weakness, sweating in hand and. Foot some time, lack of sleeping, i am using clonitril .25 and pexcep 12.5 from last 2.5 yr. when i am using clonotril i feel normal otherwise is very disturbing me.

Patient Age 2.5 year Sir this is MRI of Brain report -- In a follow up case of inflammatory granuloma findings show-- * Small calcified granuloma in left high frontal cortex with no obvious perilesional edema / enhancement. please advice on above. It is serious case or will be resolve please suggest
